The Organisational Culture in your chosen organisation/ company
Organizational culture referred to be as portrayal of organisational behaviour and people

tradition, all members of the group must co-operate equally and conduct themselves
appropriately.
People's Culture

According to such tradition the organization takes the back seat and eventually suffers. They are
usually loyal to the management and never decide to support the organization.
