individual need suitable growth and development. Besides this, it is useful in terms of describing
the prominent actions which individuals took to change their significant learning approaches.
Moreover, it effectively represent significant attention towards the suitable practices and
approaches which are helpful in order to enhance suitable skills (Blemker and et. al., 2020).
Besides this, it suitably depends on the prominent practices and theories which are useful to
improve skill and knowledge. Moreover, the report tends to cover the the prominent approaches

Gibbs Reflective model
Gibbs reflective model is useful in order to have effective improvement and development
of overall skills by undertaking the prominent issues. In regard of this, VARK questionnaire is
helpful considering the personal development actions which is helpful with my own
employability abilities. Along with this, for being a good leader in an organisation my suitable
responsibility is to analyse and collaborate effectively with my co-workers and for this, I have
gone through with lot of stuff and face various challenges. Because of this, I leads to improve
overall learning experience which is useful for me in terms of enhancing my knowledge and
skills. Some of the major steps are discussed as:
Description: As per this stage, individual tends to identify and describe suitable situation,
events and activities in detail without having suitable conclusion in an effective manner. It
undertakes few prominent questions like what happened, who were involved, what did you do
yourself, other practices and result of the taken action. This element represents that when me and
my co-workers work on the same project which is concerned with significant development of
company in prominent areas (Bass and et. al., 2020). In regard of this, I tend to go through with

by I cannot collect and undertake prominent facts which are useful in terms of conducting
effective planning and identifying overall risk factor for the future purpose. In regard of this, I
am quite effective in research and informatics technology and for this, I does not need much
improvement but somehow I am more week in effectively talking with others and for this, I need
to talk with various people in order to develop this skill. Moreover, I tends to carry various other
skills including numeracy which is pretty much good but somehow lack in problem solving,
team working and time management and for this I need to attend prominent seminars and
workshops. Moreover, it leads to effectively analyse the suitable development of skills and for
which I suitably perform VARK questionnaire in terms of describing prominent activities in
terms of opting and enhancing suitable skills for which I need effective development and
guidance from my supervisors in terms of getting involved in other programs to get suitable
training regarding the betterment for the future performance (Henning and et. al., 2019). Along
with this, after self analysis I need to suitably analyse that I am good in proper maintenance of
communication, problem solving and ease in working with other individuals in terms of having
suitable strength in order to work in team in smooth manner without facing much confusion.
Feelings: According to this stage, suitable emotions and feelings are described
undertaking the event and prominent intentions including the suitable feelings during the event,
look back on the situation and also tends to depict the suitable feelings. I prominently work on
the project by suitably coordinating with my fellow ones and other associates that tends to
become my overall duty in terms of identifying the suitable needs to have effective performance
regarding the need for guidance and support undertaking the overall performance within the
given period of time (Gratton and Gratton, 2020). Along with this, it is required that in need to
take permission from my co-workers and effectively ask them to do things according to their
motivation level. It effectively depict that because of my shortage of skills like communication,
problem solving, time management and team working, I cannot work effectively and by this my
workforce does not feel better when I cannot match their prominent standards and objectives.
Besides this, I feel quite descriptive which is not understood by most of the team members

Action plan:

useful for managers and supervisors for having effective development in just 3 months.
To improve all of these skills, I need to consider prominent feedback from the top level
management in order to have effective learning considering the suitable development of
ICT and numeracy for this project.
Besides this, I need to attend several seminars, training methods and workshops in terms
of enhancing these skills which is quite beneficial for having growth in career.
