INTRODUCTION
Reflection is the concept which depict the overall development and self assessment which
is useful in order to analyse the significant skills which represent those areas in which an
individual need suitable growth and development. Besides this, it is useful in terms of describing
the prominent actions which individuals took to change their significant learning approaches.
Moreover, it effectively represent significant attention towards the suitable practices and
approaches which are helpful in order to enhance suitable skills (Blemker and et. al., 2020).
Besides this, it suitably depends on the prominent practices and theories which are useful to
improve skill and knowledge. Moreover, the report tends to cover the the prominent approaches
based on the reflection including several skills that leads to impact and improve the personality
of an individual to lead towards the growth in changing business environment. Moreover, the
report tends to reflect on the suitable skills which are concerned with employability skills
including communication, research skills, team working, time management, problem solving and
so on.

Gibbs Reflective model
Gibbs reflective model is useful in order to have effective improvement and development
of overall skills by undertaking the prominent issues. In regard of this, VARK questionnaire is
helpful considering the personal development actions which is helpful with my own
employability abilities. Along with this, for being a good leader in an organisation my suitable
responsibility is to analyse and collaborate effectively with my co-workers and for this, I have
gone through with lot of stuff and face various challenges. Because of this, I leads to improve
overall learning experience which is useful for me in terms of enhancing my knowledge and
skills. Some of the major steps are discussed as:
Description: As per this stage, individual tends to identify and describe suitable situation,
events and activities in detail without having suitable conclusion in an effective manner. It
undertakes few prominent questions like what happened, who were involved, what did you do
yourself, other practices and result of the taken action. This element represents that when me and
my co-workers work on the same project which is concerned with significant development of
company in prominent areas (Bass and et. al., 2020). In regard of this, I tend to go through with

several steps and need to enhance my skills by performing various task on the basis of suitable
skills and capabilities. In regard of this, at the time of performing various task I need to identify
and effectively represent suitable skills and knowledge by undertaking my own capabilities that
represent things and depict the that I need to effectively enhance my numeracy and ICT skills as
by I cannot collect and undertake prominent facts which are useful in terms of conducting
effective planning and identifying overall risk factor for the future purpose. In regard of this, I
am quite effective in research and informatics technology and for this, I does not need much
improvement but somehow I am more week in effectively talking with others and for this, I need
to talk with various people in order to develop this skill. Moreover, I tends to carry various other
skills including numeracy which is pretty much good but somehow lack in problem solving,
team working and time management and for this I need to attend prominent seminars and
workshops. Moreover, it leads to effectively analyse the suitable development of skills and for
which I suitably perform VARK questionnaire in terms of describing prominent activities in
terms of opting and enhancing suitable skills for which I need effective development and
guidance from my supervisors in terms of getting involved in other programs to get suitable
training regarding the betterment for the future performance (Henning and et. al., 2019). Along
with this, after self analysis I need to suitably analyse that I am good in proper maintenance of
communication, problem solving and ease in working with other individuals in terms of having
suitable strength in order to work in team in smooth manner without facing much confusion.
Feelings: According to this stage, suitable emotions and feelings are described
undertaking the event and prominent intentions including the suitable feelings during the event,
look back on the situation and also tends to depict the suitable feelings. I prominently work on
the project by suitably coordinating with my fellow ones and other associates that tends to
become my overall duty in terms of identifying the suitable needs to have effective performance
regarding the need for guidance and support undertaking the overall performance within the
given period of time (Gratton and Gratton, 2020). Along with this, it is required that in need to
take permission from my co-workers and effectively ask them to do things according to their
motivation level. It effectively depict that because of my shortage of skills like communication,
problem solving, time management and team working, I cannot work effectively and by this my
workforce does not feel better when I cannot match their prominent standards and objectives.
Besides this, I feel quite descriptive which is not understood by most of the team members

undertaking their efforts considering the overall performance of team regarding the achievement
of effective goals and objectives by delivering suitable information in terms of developing
misunderstanding among team undertaking the communication with group members.
Evaluation: As per this stage, it effectively depicts the suitable evaluation of the overall
experience for the prominent approach and working manner in terms of effectively conducting
suitable evaluation in the event and depict the prominent contribution. It effectively depict the
important factor in terms of doing rights things which represent the overall quality of data and
information which is offered to my co-workers in an effective manner undertaking the nature
considering the good performance (Sweet and et. al., 2019). Moreover, because of my numeracy
and ICT skills, I face lot of issues regarding the forecasting undertaking the project that tends to
lose interest towards my subordinates for having effective performance. It tends to depict the
suitable evaluation of those skills like communication, team working, time management and
problem solving in which I am lack and need effective development considering the overall
growth and success which is useful for my own career and development. Besides this, it is also
analysed that my interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills tends to
become opportunity for me regarding the project that it went well because of effective
understanding and support of my employees undertaking the positive behaviour in terms of
accomplishing prominent goals and objectives in given period of time. Along with this, it leads
to represent that I am quite good in having numeracy and ICT skills which is useful for me in
terms of accomplishing my suitable goals and objectives to my co-workers which is useful to
make things clear in my mind and also expected from them undertaking the effective
measurement that should be undertaken at the time of effective performance of task.
Analysis: This stage is all about the effective analysis and evaluation of the overall
activity by identifying the positive and negative outcome and the suitable outcome which an
individual gets. By examining the overall situation, it is analysed that my interpersonal and
communication skills and problem-solving skills are quite good meanwhile, team working and
time management skills are average which is useful in terms of suitably completing the overall
task in given period of time and also leads to maintain good terms with my supervisors for the
future task and project (Farid, Gibbs and Kennedy, 2020). Along with this, the prominent
efficiency of my communication is effective in order to gain trust and faith from my fellows
which is helpful for the company in terms of retaining them for the longer period of time. Along

with this, I also identify that my team working is also effective in order to provide suitable
information to other team members in terms of creating trust and effective connection.
Conclusion: After undertaking the effective analysis of prominent information it is
analysed that there are several skills which are helpful in order to offer prominent information
and effective messages to my subordinates who effectively listen my opinions and thoughts
undertaking the message to my subordinates in order to effectively listen my thoughts and
making things clear for the achievement of goals and objectives (Hutchison, 2020). It is also
analysed that suitable listening is useful as by this, employees tends to provide suitable methods
regarding the effective working. Moreover, it is analysed that there are several skills including
mine as well considering ICT and numeracy as in which I am not good in the effective
development as by this I become more competent considering the development of future task and
these skills are useful to analyse the upcoming risk for effective planning.
Action plan:
 To improve the numeracy and ICT skills by considering the prominent support which is
useful for managers and supervisors for having effective development in just 3 months.
 To improve all of these skills, I need to consider prominent feedback from the top level
management in order to have effective learning considering the suitable development of
ICT and numeracy for this project.
 Besides this, I need to attend several seminars, training methods and workshops in terms
of enhancing these skills which is quite beneficial for having growth in career.
CONCLUSON
By considering the above discussion, it is analysed that it is important to develop
employability skills which is helpful regarding the prominent growth and development as it is
helpful for company considering the prominent steps which are useful in order to have effective
development of company. In regard of this, it is beneficial for the company in terms of having
and developing effective analysis regarding the prominent growth and development of
individuals towards the personal and professional growth and development. In regard of this
Gibbs reflective model is used in terms of analysing and having proper development regarding
success factor.
