RESEARCH PROJECT

INTRODUCTION
■ The globalization is basically the worldwide trend that help for organization to increase the
performance and efficiency. In order to succeed and survive companies adapt to change and evolve the
condition in the global market. There are many tools and platforms for gaining the sustainable
competitive advantages which suitable for organization culture. The globalization has led to increase
the competition advantages in marketplace. This competition related to the cost, price, product, quick
production and response towards the organization (Amah, 2019). Emergence of markets are main key
component for multinational companies wanting to expand the business across the world but it may
require localizing enterprise to overcome the challenges in organization.

Aim
■ To determine effectiveness of globalisation in driving success of business: A study on M&S.
Objective-
■ To understand conceptual framework of globalization.
■ To evaluate the opportunities that globalization creates for M&S.
■ To examine the relationship between globalization and firm’s performance in other country.
Research question-
■ What is the conceptual framework of globalization?

■ What are the relationship between the globalization and organization performance in the country

REFLECTION AND RECOMMENDATION
■ I have to learn many things from research project which provide me a brief idea about
the globalization and how they can impact on the business in terms of success.
■ I also used the different type of technique and research method for gathering all relevant
information related the globalization.
■ I can use qualitative approach and implement in the research project to determine the
observation and analyzing the information through the respondents.

CONCLUSION
■ From above discussion, it has been found that globalization factors impacts on the entire
business process of Marks and Spencer.
■ It has analyses the entire data and information by using research methodology.
■ On the other hand, Data interpretation has important ways to analyze the conceptual and
logical discussion through the respondents.
■ In this way, it can be determined that all the finding related globalization in selected on
the basis of logical sequence by data interpretation.
