shall rise to cautious and thoughtful decisions in favor of the businesses and corporates. Such
decisions shall benefit the companies, shareholders, agencies and the general players in the
industry. The criminal penalties against the decision-makers shall prevent any kind of
misconduct to advance their own benefit and cause damage or detriment to the company or
business in that process (Mc Laughlin & Buchanan, 2017).
The Justice Manual has been established in order to provide assistance to the prosecutors
in giving effect to informed decisions in relation to the fact that whether the compliance program
of any particular corporation was effective in an adequate manner. This particular document shall
help to determine the adequate type of prosecution or resolution, the monetary or pecuniary
penalty and the compliance obligations enclosed in any criminal resolution in relation to a
particular corporate entity. It must be recognized that the risk profile of each company and the
resolutions in order to cause reduction in the risks, warranted and particularized estimation and
