INTRODUCTION
Business is an important aspect in an organisation system that helps in exchange goods
and services to one another for money or for achieve goals and objectives. Business environment
is an sum or group of activities in which internal and external factors in internal factors consist of
employees, their potential customers that helps in satisfied needs and wants by observing their
purchasing patterns. Business environment is dynamic in nature which varies according to the
situation and various other factors. Changing taste and preferences of consumers brings changes
in economy and sustainability is very important factor that helps to organisation by social
responsibilities and ethical values.

Identify and discuss the micro and macro environmental factors that are driver of change in
global business environment.
Business environment is one of the important aspect that enables to deal with adverse
situations and circumstances by accessing needs and wants of consumers. There are various
factors that influence the business and business environment by accessing needs and wants of
consumers. In the era of globalisation organisations can operate in different nations
simultaneously (De Castro, Khavul and Bruton, 2014). While deal in different countries
organisation have to accept or occupy various laws and regulations that helps in smooth
functioning of an organisation. Political, social and economic that are part of external
environment of business varies from nation to nation. Various treaties and practices
simultaneously affects business procedures. In social factors consist of changes in taste and
preferences of consumers accordingly organisation have to build products and services. In case
of firms deals in various nations it have to mould their rules and regulations such as while work
with USA they have to adopt norms of capitalism and free market economy by managing various
works and activities. In macro environment some changes occurs in recent time such as
consumers are more demanding accordingly firm have to mould in products and services and
according to the competitors (Gunn and Taylor, 2014.). Such as in Asian countries labour cost
is low and resources and other variables also available at low price in comparison to the policies
of other nations. On other hand micro factor consist of strength, weaknesses and other important

variable of organisation in which individuals are part of the whole organisation that are
customers, suppliers, competitors and media that bring changes in organisation. While deal at
global market organisation have to analyse taste and preferences of consumers that are
preference of consumers . To become a global leader organisation have to analyse the purchasing
pattern of all over the world and select best candidate to adopt style and working pattern to give
their best efforts in organisational growth and enhancement (Hillary ed., 2017.). Micro and
macro environment is one of the most effective deliverables to reach at large consumer base by
accessing their needs and wants in proper way. Some rules and policies are very obligatory and
fruitful to bring harmonious environment to give best attributes in organisation to take care about
competitors and their rules and regulations and provides products accordingly.
Reason behind the importance of an individual and organisations to manage
responsibility,sustainability by solving ethical, social and cultural issues.
For an organisation to achieve desirable outcomes and organisation have to consider
about the important factors and attributes in which sustainability by resolving various issues or
concerns in which ethical, social and moral issues to bring sustainability in organisation. For an
organisation sustainability is very important factor to build products and services according to
choice and preferences of consumers so that organisation not have to face ethical, social or moral
issues (Hilton and Platt, 2013.). When organisation deals in multinational countries they face
some issues that hinders self interest of the organisation. In an organisation roles and
responsibilities should be distribute in equal manner so that employees can give their best in
organisational growth and enhancement. To resolve various issues or concerns organisation have
to distribute powers and duties in right manner so that issues should be resolve. On other hand
while deal in different nations organisation have to give proper roles and responsibilities to
manage all things and attributes by delivering values to each employee (Miller and Blackler,
2017). When employee clear about their ethical values and respect about their ethical values. In
an organisation to get achievements organisation have to build products by observing ethical
values, social norms and build culture that helps to employee in giving their best in organisation
development. When personnels come from different backgrounds, many types of conflicts arise
in organisation due to their thinking and behavioural process should not match with each other
and it become the cause of conflicts in organisation. When conflicts arise in organisation
individual and group of individuals play very important role in understanding cause of problem

and factors behind it and measures that helps in resolving these issues or concerns to reach at
desirable outcomes and goals. To solve these issues or concerns individual plays very important
role by manage all works and activities simultaneously keep record of all activities and
procedures and accordingly take suggestions from various people. In case individuals take
suggestions or feedbacks from employees and gather information and data out of them and
accordingly they take appropriate decisions (Junttila and de Sauvage, 2013..). For example
while deal in international market organisation suffer from the cultural issues to resolve it
properly they conduct various seminars and give education how to behave in that environment
because conflicts or chaos arise in an organisation. Hence individuals and group of individuals
plays major role in giving knowledge and attributes to behave in proper manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that to achieve great share of market
organisation have to evaluate each and every factor to collect important insights and knowledge
and accordingly take action while deal in dynamic environment. Individuals plays great role to
deal while issues or concerns by finding out root cause and take important steps accordingly.
