From the case study of the Bookbarn it has been assessed that currently the organization
is facing several of issues due to its manual ordering system while the size of the organization is
quite large in this aspect. Due to this factor inefficiency in the organization is occurring as they
are failing to successfully process all the orders as manual system has been utilized in this case.
Also in this context only little information is available. For this reason, solving the assessed
problem becoming very much hard. As in this context solving the problems becomes very much
hard, assumption were made depending upon the case scenario of the Bookbarn. In the following
section this assumption are discussed.
As in this context very limited information is available is, first of all the current problem
need to be defined in an appropriate manner. Also, in this case by proper definition of the current
problem it will also help in the aspects of goal establishment. This is one of the first and major
assumption for solving this case.
Brainstorming the idea is the next factor which is the next assumption which has been
made in this context for solving the current problems in the Bookbarn. The main idea of the
brainstorming in this case is creating a list of possible solutions from which the main solution
can be determined. In this case cloud related solution can be developed for the Bookbarn for
solving current issues in this context. Cloud solution is able to replace the current issues with
manual type of implementation thus existing problem in the system can be minimized.
Deciding of solution is another important assumption in this case. In this type of cases a
perfect solution is chosen from a vast list of solution. In this type of assumption solution will be

chosen as per the efficient and effectiveness of the solution. With that this assumption factor also
depending on the side effects of the provided solution. Thus the assumption cases nee to
prepared perfectly for low error while a product is picked up.
In this case proper implementation of the solution is also very much important
assumption. This assumption requires implementation of a program in a proper way for this
case. Here a proper implementation of an automation program is required so that that current
inefficiency of the existing system can be mitigated.
Review of the outcomes is also very much important aspect in this case. It is import to
determine the accuracy of the work which has been conducted and for that review of the results
becomes very much important in this aspect. Thus in this aspect review of both the cloud service
implementation and a typical type of automation service will be discussed properly.
Question 2.d:
Recommendation for solving the problem in this case are:
 Regarding this case cloud solution is very much effective in this context. The
implementation of the cloud services has been recommended in this case as currently this
is consisting various of departments which are the HRM, Sales Department, Warehouse
and Delivery, Accounting and Finance, and Purchasing. Managing all the department
together is important and effective connection is required between all the departments of
the organization. Due to this cloud computing has been recommended.

 The Bookbarn also facing issues due to the various of manual working procedure which
are ineffective in nature. Due to this reason implementation of the automation services
has been recommended in this case.
The problem solving methodology has been leveraged in this case for working on the every
aspects of an issue for creating a further solution. Here in this case the methodology of the
problem solving has been used in this case. The approach of problem solving methodology has
been utilized in this case for solving the issues. The approach of problem solving methodology
has been utilized in this case in the first assumption the main problem was defined in a perfect
way. Definition of the problem is very much important for solving the issues. Also,
brainstorming ideas has been assumed in the second case, which is also a part of the problem
solving methodology. Thus it has been already utilized previously. For solving the problem
essentially it is also very much important to selecting right kind of solution for an identified
issue. Thus based on the relevancy perfect solution is assumed in this case of utilizing it for
solving various types of issues. Implementation of the solution is very much important. Before
any type of implementation it is very much important to include a proper planning and an
