The paper is presented as the alternate solution of the existing system present in the
organization. The discussed system is automatic which will be beneficial for the organization I
the operational functions of the organization. This system will enable the user to store the data in
the cloud platform. The cloud storage space will provide large amount of data storage. Apart
from that the new system will provide the user to make online payment.

The company is currently using manual process in the business. Due to
this , the company is facing a problem for expanding the business. The
manual system has some flaws like occurrence of frequent error, allotment
is not properly done, mistake in calculation. The company has to pay more
for the more man power in order to get help in the m annual process. The
company is lacking behind in the competitive market for these reasons.
Effect
The direct effect goes on the workers and management of the company,
while the other stakeholders and customers of the company are effected
indirectly.
Impact
The inefficient working process is making the company losing in the
competitive market. The organization is not able to expand its business and
they are unable to reduce the cost. Moreover, they are unable to serve the
customer in a timely and efficient manner.
Resolution
The resolution taken by the company is to adopt automation in the system
process. This will reduce the cost for the manpower and chances of human
mistake. Automation will make the process more efficient and time spans
for doing the work will reduce.

For The target consumer can be divided into two categories- the ordinary
consumers, who will use the system occasionally, the other type of customers
are flyers who will use the system frequently.
