INTRODUCTION
Business analysis and system design is a process or method of research on particular field
to identifying the need and requirement of enterprises. An effective solution of business process
to includes the software system that consist of different process for improvement and
development. This report will discuss about the entire processing of bike shop. It can be
representing in the form of data flow diagram. This diagram contains the information regarding
the entities and data set that consist of data in proper manner. This assignment will describe the
listing of data dictionary whereas all he data item representing in the form of DFD set.
Furthermore, it will describe the entity life and histories in each core entities (Diarmuid, Pigott
and Valerie, 2011). At last, it discusses about the logical structure that identifying the main data
entities and their specific relationship between the data sets.

diagram that represent in specific manner. In 0 level DFD, Supplier can provide the new product
of cycle according to their demand. It is mainly focused on to supply the inventory product to the
customers. This is the actual data flows in 0 level DFD.
In 1 level DFD, customer connect with the shop to repair their bicycle and also connect
with the mechanic. This flow data is representation for maintenance of overall role of consumer
in the bike shop.
