The business and It goals for the development of the model is to increase the efficiency of
coffee vending machine and eliminate the errors in the machine. The design of the machine is
needed to be evaluated such that the best output can be gained each time using the vending
machine. The components of the machine is analyzed such that it can offer a wide range of blend
for the coffee and suit the taste of the employees working in the organization (Hoffman 2014).
The errors of the machine is needed to be fixed and the technical issues are needed to be
eliminated for the management of the functionality of the vending machine.
The goals and objectives of the modelling is to increase the efficiency of the business
process and get the most maximum benefit from the machine without incurring extra cost in
business operation. The coins and dollars are needed to be managed and the environment of the
workspace is needed to be improved with the deployment of coffee vending machine. The in-
house coffee vending machine can also help in increasing the employee satisfaction and save
time and cost of the employees (Santos, Silva and Reis 2015). The framework of the current
business can be improved with the deployment of coffee vending machine and help the
employees to improve their performance at work. The amount collected from the coffee vending
machine can be used for maintenance and purchasing raw materials of the machine and thus a
