INTRODUCTION
Harry Phillips was the founder of Phillips. They found this company in 1796 who had been an
assistant to James Christie. This company was one of the most successful companies all over the
world (Alhamazani et al., 2015). In their business, the business held 12 auctions. Napoleon and
Beau Brummel were among the early customers.in 1840 the harry Phillips died. Phillips the
Auctioneers is also known as Phillips. Their main head office is in London and New York
(Alhamazani et al., 2015).
With the help of this assignment, the top management of the Phillips will get lots of help as a
consultant for a BCG. This assignment also consists of some of the different characteristics of
effective business teams (Alhamazani et al., 2015). For the first part, the conclusion is that there
is some effectiveness of having some define team role in the company. On the second part of this
assignment will focus on how they will make some of the successful business teams in their
