music which is a platform that produce streaming of music and also provide online store or
music that is operated by Amazon. It is introduced by Amazon in the year 2007. This project
report includes explanation of technology used by companies to provide support to business
process and decision making. It explains issues and challenges faced by company due to
technological use. Moreover, it consist recommendation faced by companies to overcome of
challenges.

purpose of development of music space. It is providing ability to digital computer as well as

beings (Ghaderi, 2019). It is a term that is applied in project developing system that is used in
intellectual process that is characteristics of humans like ability discover meaning, ability to
reason, generalisation and learning from past experience. AI can be used by Amazon for purpose
of prediction of customer willingness to purchase a product. It provide information to company
about who is interest to buy a product and who is not. It is also used by companies in order to
customise their recommendation to customers. It is used by business for purpose of
understanding search enquires of customers and also to provide them music for which they are
interested. It is helping them for purpose of enhancement of experience of customers and also to
increase sales of company.
