definition of the issue from a reliable sources and the appropriate way in which the issue has
been systematically affected the organisation in terms of positive and negative aspects.
Adapting to new technology refers to the process of an interactive system that adapts in an
organisation so that they will more maximize the profit scenario. Technology is one of the
major sustainable routine that needs to be requiring for the development of the organisation
as well for the society. Technology helps in achieving of the business target and provide
opportunities as well as challenges to the industry ( Donald, Baruch and Ashleigh, 2019).
Positive effect on the companies
 The technological aspects helps in improving the communication: One of the biggest
advantage of the technology is to provide the maximum satisfaction and good
communication services. Not only this, but the technology aspects helps the
organisation levels at the higher position and makes a good standard of living.
 Improving the strategies in businesses: The vital role has been improving the
technology that helps in enhancing the business by promoting businesses on web and
media. Different companies helps the branches all over the world and also, helps in
connecting with them on the basis of increasing skills and capabilities through
technology.
 Assist the people who experience disabilities: The physical abilities of the people,
with the help of technologies helps in enhancing their communication level more
effectively. The large profits has been generated by the businesses and from the
technological methods of promoting the business.
 The area of promotion has been expanded: The new techniques of promoting the
businesses helps the technologies to attain at the maximum level. The areas of
promotion can be possible on the social media and websites with the help of catalogs
and great source of productivity. Technology is adding up new things in the social
media day by day. Eventually, it will helps the businesses and the organisation to a
larger extent.

 Accuracy: The computerized helps in increasing the technological aspects more
accurate. The accurate technology helps the organisation to have a more accurate and
technological figures that are useful in obtaining the use of technology.
Negative effect on the companies
 Technological dependence: The adaptations of the new technologies completely dis-
balance the system of the organisation. Any business organisation helped by the
technology faces caused major delays and reduce customer services.
 Reduction of the interpersonal communications: The negative impact of the new
technology on the communication business significantly reduces the interpersonal
relationship in an office. The lack of collaborative environment impact on the teams.
 Re-training: When the organisation has been adopted the new technologies then it
becomes difficult to the organisation to again provide training to all the employees
and it also cost more to the people (Balwant, Birdi and Topakas, 2019).
 Safety: The adaptation of new technologies on the business organisation has been
sometimes difficult to amplify the safety. It gives a cost of hacking and data breaches.
Conclusion
The above discussion has been concluded that adaptation of the new technologies
gives a significant and prosperous ideology to the organisation in working with the best of
ability and maximize the profit. The positive aspect of adapation of new technologies in the
business organisation including communication improvement, strategies improvement,

a) I have learnt to write and elaboration of the topic more effectively and significantly. The
way positive and negative aspects has been listed above are more systematic and in an
appropriate way. Suppose taking an example, elaboration of the topic including adapting of
the new technologies is one of the important way and discussion which has been included in
the discussion. The positive and the negative aspects of the topic are effectively expresses
and this is what I have learnt and I will definitely express each and every sub-topics to the
