The technology always refers to the state of changes to increase sustainability and
maximize profit in the coming years of an organization. The technology helps the country or
an organisation to remain in a better state or to be in a position where profits can be easily
achievable. The adaptation of new technology is one of the major factor that needs to be
taken into the consideration. NHS or the National Health Service is one of the public health
services which has a four branches includes Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and England.
The report will be further including some reliable sources and the technicalities of the effect
of the organisation on the basis of positive and negative impact of the organisation.
Technology helps in achieving of the business target and provide opportunities as well as
challenges to the industry (Donald and et. al., 2019).
Positive effect on the companies The technological aspects help in improving the communication: One of the biggest
advantage of the technology is to provide the maximum satisfaction and good
communication services. Not only this, but the technology aspects help the
organisation levels at the higher position and makes a good standard of living.
 Improving the strategies in businesses: The vital role has been improving the
technology that helps in enhancing the business by promoting businesses on web and
media. Different companies help the branches all over the world and also, helps in
connecting with them on the basis of increasing skills and capabilities through
technology.
 Assist the people who experience disabilities: The physical abilities of the people,
with the help of technologies helps in enhancing their communication level more
effectively. The large profits have been generated by the businesses and from the
technological methods of promoting the business.
 The area of promotion has been expanded: The new techniques of promoting the
businesses helps the technologies to attain at the maximum level. The areas of
promotion can be possible on the social media and websites with the help of catalogs

and great source of productivity. Technology is adding up new things in the social
media day by day. Eventually, it will help the businesses and the organisation to a
larger extent.
 Accuracy: The accuracy helps in increasing the technological aspects. The accurate
technology helps the organisation to have a more accurate and technological figures
that are useful in obtaining the use of technology.
 Commitment devices and the social support: It includes that adapting the new
technologies will automatically lead to increase in the production and services.
Example: Training to each and every employee of an organisation and it will
automatically help them in their personal growth and skills enhancements.
Negative effect on the companies
 Technological dependence: The adaptations of the new technologies completely dis-
balance the system of the organisation. Any business organisation helped by the
technology faces caused major delays and reduce customer services. Sometimes, it
becomes difficult for the organisation to increase their sales and products because of a
complete dependency towards the organisation.
 Reduction of the interpersonal communications: The negative impact of the new
technology on the communication business significantly reduces the interpersonal
relationship in an office. The lack of collaborative environment impact on the teams.
Interpersonal communications play a major role but it completely reduces on the basis
of raising the difficulty in the non-verbal behavior.
 Re-training: When the organisation has been adopted the new technologies then it
becomes difficult to the organisation to again provide training to all the employees
and it also cost more to the people. The retraining increases the budget of the
organisation and creates an issue of increasing the difficulties (Balwant, Birdi and
Topakas, 2019).
 Safety: The adaptation of new technologies on the business organisation has been
sometimes difficult to amplify the safety. It gives a cost of hacking and data breaches.
The safety process is one of the disciplined process and if there will be a lack of
safety then it will automatically reduce the compliance and work benefits of an
employees who are working in an organisation.

 Addiction to electronic gadgets: Sometimes the dependency of technologies will be
automatically increases the stress and mental difficulties that leads to the depression.
 Impact on the employment as well: This is a major factor which suggest that
employment level do faces the lot of difficulties and experts predicted that adaptation
of technology maybe increase the rate of employment or decrease the cost. The
impact on the employment will decreases their potential to work within an
organisation.
Example: Social media and mobile devices may lead to the psychological and physical
issues.
Conclusion
The above discussion has been concluded that adaptation of the new technologies
gives a significant and prosperous ideology to the organisation in working with the best of
ability and maximize the profit. The positive aspect of adaption of new technologies in the
business organisation including communication improvement, strategies improvement,
assisting people who experience disabilities, area of promotion and accuracy. The negative
aspects of adapting new technologies in the organisation including technological dependence,
reduction of inter-personal communications, retraining and safety.

The discussion is simply based on adapting of the new technology in the organisation
that makes the work and performance of the company easier. Technological advancement has
been greatly impacted the organisation creating a faster pace of change and reduce the burden
of leaders. According to the discussion is suggest out to be the most effective phase because
it helps me in development of the new skills and knowledge however it can be suggested that
sometimes there is such kind of work which includes lot of pressure and difficulties. In such
involvement and affection in the organisation, adaptation of the new technology helps the
organisation to build the better position and effective strategies.
a) I have learn to write and elaboration of the topic more effectively and significantly.
The way positive and negative aspects has been listed above are more systematic and in an
appropriate way. Suppose taking an example, elaboration of the topic including adapting of
the new technologies is one of the important way and the report which has been included in

the discussion ( Istiqomah, Warni and Ahmad, 2019). The positive and the negative aspects
of the topic are effectively expresses and this is what I have learn and I will definitely express
each and every sub-topics to the best of ability. Elaboration of the topic and sub-topic gives a
good comparison, note-making, picturing and self-questioning of the topic (O’Meara and
Jaeger, 2019). The reflective essays helps the organization in increasing of the products and
services. The products and the services helps the organisation in increasing the productive
technologies and systematic evaluation of the product factor which helps the factors in
increasing the productivity significantly (Nja and et. al., 2019).
b) I think that this type of learning is quiet important and can be able to achieve this
new knowledge on the basis of understanding the topic. The new knowledge helps to
understand about which organization a need of the technology and at has what time or not.

more significant and appropriate ways of dealing with the topic (Nurhidayah, 2019). The
learning is quiet important on the basis of increasing the technological products and services.

c) In my future studies and planning, the learning will be definitely going to be useful
on the basis of such ways which has a more desirable effectiveness and capabilities of the
study so that the planning procedure will be greatly done in the organisation (Rodríguez and
et. al., 2019). The future studies and the effectiveness has been systematically attain
maximum benefits and I will definitely try to attain a lot of approvals in my later research
studies. The learning are quiet useful and so attain, the possibility of developing the growth
and significant factors. The development plans and the future studies helps in increasing the
