The internal and external factors of the business have
both indirect and direct impact over the working
credibility and performance of business. The poster
below is based on Tesla that is an American electric
vehicle and a clean energy company with having
products as cars, battery, energy storage from home to
grid and many others as well. The poster provides
information about the impact of internal and external
factors over business.
The external environment has direct impact over working
performance of business such as:
Economic condition: The Company require following
employment rate and trends and providing adequate wages
to their employees.
Technological advancement: It is relative to improvisation
of profitability as by making effectual utilisation of
resource and reduction of wastage.
CONCLUSION
It is analysed from above that internal as well as
external factors are essential prospect for business to
consider and with this it is required to measure. For this
management develop adequate strategy to control the
impact of that factor over working credibility of business.
External factors are resulted to those aspects that affect
the working culture from outside the business and as
describe below as:
Legal: It is a legal framework that has to be followed by
organisation in order to process working under guideline
issued by government.
Technological: It comprise of respective innovation that
is perceived in business environment and with cause of it
is essential for company to induce technological
advancement in business so that optimised outcome is
attained

influenced others to perform their task with better
efficiency.
Employees: It include different individual those have

major role in accomplishment of standardised objective
in timely constrained.
