so that so that company will earn more profit and wealth. For a continuous development and
growth company need to analyse that where company stand at marketplace so that company can
take competitive advantage For this project, TJ Maxx company is chosen. This is a store chain
which based on America. The main purpose of this report to analyse the SWOT analyse and also
determine the operational impact analysis in the functions of the company according to the
company strength and weaknesses and also consider the future opportunities and threats as per
the company.

SWOT analysis is necessary to determine the company plus and minus point. TJ Maxx
company is a famous departmental store company who operate large chain of stores. Company
running approx 1000 stores in United States and company deal with the clothing retail which is
