INTRODUCTION
As per the current scenario, business environment is very complicated and dynamic in
which changes are rapidly taking place and directly impacting on business activities. In this,
introduction of technologies changed overall business activities and its process. Thus, it is
important for the business organization to use new and advanced technologies to attain set goals
and objectives in appropriate time frame (Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle, 2010). Along with this,
optimum utilization of Cloud computing help in improving the performance and effectiveness of
all activities of business. On the other hand, technologies also increase the chances of creating
challenges at workplace and at the same time, help in improving performance level of company
in an effective manner. Present report is based on ECBE (East End Computing and Business
College), which deliver UK education to local and international students through digital
technology. In this, project management plan is also mentioned which cover number of aspects
like cost, time, quality and risk. Along with this, various research tools and techniques are also
discussed in this project which helps in collecting as well as analysing the relevant information.

Today's business environment is dynamic in nature in which changes take place which
improve the overall performance level of company in market place. For attaining the same, it is
also important for firm to use technology in an effective and right way which leads in increasing
number of customers (Students) and at the same time, it also enhances overall profitability of
business. Use of technologies has changed the entire business activities in which company easily
promotes its products and services at market place. ECBE is a collage which was established in
2001 in the UK. They offer quality courses in business management, health and social care, IT as
well as hotel and tourism. Due to Brexit, various customers reduce dramatically. In this college
use new technologies to establish their business in global level and offer quality education to its
students effectively. With the help of this, college maintain their number of students and enhance
their overall profitability level in most effective manner (Pinto, 2015). The main benefit of new
technologies is that it provides number of opportunities to business to effectively improve as well
as promote its products and services in various places which help in increasing number of
customers. Along with this, technology provide media in which they promote their services in

front of respondents (Kerzner and Kerzner, 2017). It positively impacts on overall performance
level of firm and at the same time, also increases number of students by promoting their
educational courses in various areas.

P2 Project management plan
Formulating project management plan is one of the important activities for ECBE
College to improve their overall performance level by identifying cost and time which will be
required for completing the project. Without this, company cannot be able to implement their
business activities effectively (Meskendahl, 2010). This provides better guidance to manager in
decision making process so that they will take right decision at correct time. One of the main
advantages of effective project management plan is that it helps in reducing chances of creative
uncertainty in the whole project. As cloud computing play vital role in strong huge amount of
data in one place which may assist in managing all the information in safe place. At the same
time it also reduce the chances of arising issues within the firm. It also aids in managing project
cost which leads in increasing profitability level of the firm at market place and increase
effectiveness as well. In this context, there are some major factors which are included in project
management plan to complete it effectively. All these are as follows: Scope of project: Introduction of technology define as well as provide number of
opportunities to company to expand their operational activities in new areas. With the
help of this, company easily improves their profitability level and number of customers
which leads in making more successful project in effective manner. It also helps in
