primary and secondary information for collected to identity the trends in this industry. The
primary data was collected through the emails and interviews with the managers of different
disorganization involved inn travel and tourism in industry. The interview was taken of 20
managers from different employees and they were asked question regarding the trends affecting
the travel and tourism industry. the following question were asked :

travelers using the automatic system which respond automatically to the customer problems
whenever the question is raised by the customers regarding any details, flight scheduling etc.
Robotics means using the machine to perform multiple operations.
As per the views of Vellas (2016), Online bookings : Another trend changing the travel
industry is online booking which is provided by the travel industry to provide the customers with
easy and convenient booking services to improve their experience with the travel agency. By
