INTRODUCTION
Business environment refers to the different types internal and external factors which
includes clients, customers, innovative technologies, economic systems, people, employees and
so on. All that factors affects business firms in both positive and negative manner. Along with
this these factors also affects on that how an organization is working and how they are applying
business tools and strategies to achieve targeted goals. Further, assignment is based on three
types of organizations such as private (Greggs Plc), public (Crown Prosecution services) and
volunteer (Oxfam) (Boons and Lüdeke-Freund, 2013). Moreover discussion will be based on size
and scope of different organizations along with different types of theories towards these assorted
firms. At last, interrelationship with different departments and business structure of firms will get
covered.

Various types, purposes and legal structure of organizations.
Organisation refers to the different units of people which is mainly structured and
managed in order to meet collective goals and objectives in a perfect way. Therefore, all type of
organisations has their own structure, size, purpose and numerous activities by which they
assigned several roles and responsibilities to their employees. There are different types of
organisations which are going to be discussed below:
Private organisation:
This type of organisation mainly controlled and managed through an individual or
different firms along with do not have any kind of pressure from government. In order to better
understanding of private firms there is Greggs Plc has been taken which was founded in the year
of 1939 and it is one of the largest bakery chain within UK. It mainly specialises in savoury
goods like sandwiches, bakes and sausage rolls along with sweet items are includes vanilla slices
and doughnuts as well. It is headquartered in Longbenton, United Kingdom (Bocken and et. al.,
2013).
Purpose: The main aim of this bakery firm is to provide better and fresh food to their
customers in order to create trust towards price. Along with they have 1,850 shops worldwide by
which they serves million of customers in a week.

Legal structure: It generally based on governance structure which is centred on a Board
of directors which is helpful for firm to make their decision better by which they can improve
culture of an organisation and able to give better services to their customers.

and England. It help societies and people towards protection from criminal prosecution.
Purpose: Main purpose of this firm is to reduce criminal cases from the society along
with give better advice and alternatives to police or agencies. By having this type of purpose they
can achieve its targeted goals and objectives in a perfect way.
Legal Structure: As it is government based organisation so that they are independent
and mainly have responsibilities to overcome criminal cases within UK. So the main target or
focus of this firm is family courts and police to give them accurate information effectively.
Stakeholders: It generally involves governmental employees, financial institutions and
so on through which they can make effective solutions to gain people confidence towards them.
Voluntary Organisation
These organisation based upon those employees and people who agreed on the particular
agreement along with who voluntarily participate on activities. Oxfam is one of the best example
of these sorts of firm which is considered as a 20 non independent charitable committees to
reduce poverty from the nation (Babatunde and Adebisi, 2012).
Purpose: Main aim of this firm is to offer better solutions towards poverty in order to

perfect mode. Along with to make fresh bakery products by focusing on quality and sales them at

Public organisation (CPS):
Background: In order to provide different types of policies they are needed to focus on
criminal cases to remove criminal cases in a perfect mode. As it was found in the year of Wales
and England so that they can provide numerous services for betterment of future (Andersson,
Forsgren and Holm, 2015).
Mission: In order to offer legal advices and policies to investigative firms and police so
that they can make better decisions to conduct prosecution.
Vision: To have large number of employees to protect people within society towards
meet rational goals.
Business Objectives: The main goals or objectives of this firm is to offer unique services
to make each and every individual.
Products: Services are includes in several advices which is used by police and
investigative agencies.

this company needs to provide training to its employees. So that they can perform marketing

Marketing and productions – It is essential that production department of respective company
is developing product and services as per need and want of customer. Marketing department
