The Report is about the ideal job of person. The ideal job covered in this report is of Uber

My Ideal Job
Ideal jobs are the ones in which an individual is interested. I belong to a middle class
family with normal goals and objectives of life. I started driving from very young age. I
developed interest in driving and always wanted to have career in the field of driving. Every
person has his own ideal on the basis of his interests.
I developed interest in this job as very earlier stage. I felt my dream come true when I
heard about the company who started the taxi business . The business provides its drivers with
required facilities and fair treatment (Murthy, 2018). They do not bounded their workers with
the work and regulations, but only with terms and conditions that are required to be complied. I
love driving and therefore wanted to have career in this field. The job of Uber driver will help in
living my dreams. I also have family background in this field.
I would be working in different regions of the nation where the uber facility is available.
This will allow me to explore the places along with earning money. The job do not restricts the
employee in fixed job timings that makes the job hectic. The job is very flexible as compared
with other options that are available.
Job Description for my Ideal Job
In that role I would be driving the customers to their destination. The job profile requires
the drivers who have experience and good driving skills. I have driving experience of 4 years and
have good skills in it. I have also attended the driving school classes for knowing all the
technical points to be taken care of while driving. In that role I am not living satisfying myself by
exploring new place but also this will help me in interacting with new people every day.
The scope in this job is raising as people due to increased traffic prefer to go by cab
instead of taking personal cars. The continuous improvement in the software and application will
provide new insights. As I have done graduation and obtained driving certificates there are

chances that I may be hired by the company to train the new drivers. Company is paying
appropriate to its member drivers which will increase further (Weller and et.al., 2016). This will
be help in having increased roles and responsibilities. The changes will only allow professional
drivers to join the job as this requires adequate driving skills and the knowledge of operating the
applications of the job. The people who do not have graduation and software will not be able to
have jobs in this field.

The digital technology has expanded the scope for every individual. The social platforms
are helping the individual as well as the business in meeting their desired jobs or employees. The
posts over these social networking sites are spread more faster than any other sources and
mediums. Every company is operating their personal website pages for giving information to the
society about the events and the job vacancies (Bugeja, 2016). All the updates related to the
company could be found over these pages. They are operating over most of the social platforms
like Facebook, Twitter, monster and many more.

Facebook is social networking sites where the members share their views, images and
text messages. This connects people throughout the world. Company post their information on
the company pages over the Facebook. The vacancies and the job descriptions are posted with
direct links. Also the other information about the other similar jobs could also be accessed.
Facebook also provides the facility of texting by the interested candidates.
Twitter
It is news & networking site allowing people to communicate in shorter message called
tweet. Tweeting is to post these short message for anyone following over the Twitter. Useful
news and knowledge is also shared by this site. One can find job by following the company so
that all the information regarding the job vacancies can be accessed (Crane and Matten, 2017).

Monster is an online job search portal that helps candidates in searching the right jobs of
their interests. Candidates can upload their resume over this site and apply for the jobs of their
interests. The site informs the candidate about the vacancies in his chosen field (Monster, 2019).
