On the basis of current year in 2020-2021 many business of United
kingdom and other international country are faces devasted loss of
growth through the impact of Covid-19. In this retail, hospitality,
tourism and other industries of business get involved through into
different perspective. Due to covid-19 companies of UK based like
Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Red Carnation hotel etc, these companies
faces huge lack of productivity as because there is lack of people
interaction as well as strict government guidelines such as lockdown
which makes to shut down business.
On the basis of current year in 2020-2021 many business of United

which is not having United Kingdom.. I get learn that leader perspective it is to them very hard for not taking proper
decision. During modern learning organisation and creating mistakes but there are some tools which help to develop
on various learner skills to getting overcome from past experiences. I agree that some of decision which I made was
totally wrong, but there is possibility to make that develop changes.

professional life. Somehow I faced many challenges in learning effective communication skills:
Lack of Feedback: Due to not getting proper feedback from mentor or experts I was in hidden guidance that
how I can improve my communication because I sometime I also not aware how I am communicating in public
place. As feedback plays an important role where it provide authentic result which I get to know about actual
figure to notice improve my decision making skills as well as communication skills.
