recommendations for updating the company's TM policies. The major goal of this report is to provide
and clarify the following points: This paper will first explain the findings of data research, then express

in achieving the specified goals. In order to support and justify the recommendations, examine the
selection of acceptable tools and procedures for correctness and authenticity. Furthermore, assess the
value of the project management process and critically consider the project's results and
recommendations. Finally, in the weekly logbooks, offer full answers to all questions.
II. Report
1. Statement of purpose
The goal of this study is to examine the crucial role of TM in greater depth, as well as to provide
recommendations and recommendations based on that analysis. The Director of Human Resources and
the Vinamilk Board of Directors will review this report in general.
2. Study methodologies
There are 2 methods used in this research which are Survey and Interview.
2.1 Survey
The survey method is a data collection strategy that involves asking questions of persons who are
believed to hold the necessary information. A formal questionnaire list is created. In most cases, an
unmasked technique is adopted. The respondents are quizzed on their demographic interest preferences
(Juneja, 2015).
Here are some pros and cons of survey method.
Pros:
According to McIntyre, large samples of the population can be gathered with the use of surveys. They're
also great for collecting demographic information about the sample's make-up. Surveys are inclusive in
the types and number of variables that can be studied, require minimal investment to develop and
administer, and are relatively easy for making generalizations (Bell, 2013). In addition, surveys can elicit
information about attitudes that would be difficult to measure using observational methods (McIntyre,
1999). Surveys, on the other hand, only provide estimates for the true population, not exact measures
(Priscilla Salant; Don A Dillman, 1994).
Cons:

Pinsonneault and Kraemer (1993) noted that when a grasp of the historical context of events is required,
surveys are often unsuitable. Bell (1996) observed that Biases might arise from a lack of response from
intended participants or from the character and accuracy of the replies received. Other sources of error
include respondents intentionally misreporting actions in order to skew survey results or conceal
inappropriate activity. Finally, individuals may have trouble evaluating their own actions or recalling the
circumstances surrounding their actions.
2.2 Interview method
Interview method is a quantitative research method in which the interviewer is given a list of closed-
ended questions in the form of an interview schedule, which he or she reads out verbatim (McLeod,
2014).
There are some advantages and disadvantages in this method.
Advantages:
Because interviews use a predetermined set of closed questions that are easy to quantify, they are
simple to repeat and test for dependability. In addition, as interviews are relatively quick to conduct, a
large number of them can be completed in a short period of time. This means that a large sample can be
obtained, leading in findings that are representative and generalizable to a large population (McLeod,
2014)
Disadvantages:
Interviews are rigid in nature. Because an interview schedule must be maintained, new questions cannot
be asked spontaneously (during the interview). Moreover, for only closed questions are asked in
structured interviews, the replies lack detail, resulting in quantitative statistics. This means that a
researcher will have no idea why a person acts the way they do (McLeod, 2014).
3. Talent Management
Talent management is the process of attracting, identifying, developing, engaging, retaining, and
deploying persons who are particularly valuable to a company. This could be due to their enormous
potential or the fact that they play crucial roles (Weeks, 2020).

and just 10% for neutral. It’s a blessing for the company when the relationship among the staffs are so
good.
5. Recommendation
From the results analyzed of the survey, there are some suggestions launched to perfect and develope
for project management plan of Vinamilk company. First of all, providing incentives to employees who
are dissatisfied with their jobs. So, if you want your staff to be content and dedicated to your firm, you
should improve the working atmosphere to make them more comfortable. Because the majority of the
employees at the company are young, they require a vibrant atmosphere. Employees will be more
satisfied if they can adjust to the more dynamic working paradigm. Providing opportunities for
employees to communicate and understand one another better can also aid employees in improving
their ideas and allowing them to be more creative. Moreover, as most of employees are women, the
company should bring out some more preferential provisions for female employees such as maternity
leave, monthly leave to facilitate married employees. This makes employees feel cared about as well as
satisfied when enjoying the company's priorities, from which they will stick around for a long time as
well as work hard to complete the task in the best way. This is also a plan to help retain good employees
for the company. One thing that cannot be ignored is the issue of salary and bonus of employees.
Currently, employees are still quite satisfied with their salary, but after they gain experience and have a
certain time with the company, the first thing they want is the salary policy. In addition, the company
should make specific provisions on the terms of salary increase and year-end bonus. For groups or

individuals who complete their tasks well, the company may consider raising wages earlier than the
stipulated time. In addition, the reward policy for excellent individuals and teams is indispensable. The
first thing the company needs to do is make a plan to track each individual's work. Based on that table,
the company can capture the individuals who successfully complete the task and have a good attitude at
work. From there, the reward will be given accurately, avoiding confusion as well as dissatisfaction from
other employees. Finally, employee support and development should also be further developed.
Although this is a strong point of the company, it should still be further strengthened by policies such as
organizing quarterly training courses for employees. For elite individuals, it is possible to consider
sending them abroad for training.
Employees are valuable assets of the company, as evidenced by the proposals above. The efficiency and
efficacy of a company's employees are critical to its success. The firm will not be able to give good
products or services to clients if top talent is not on the team. It is self-evident that if a corporation cares
for its employees, it will likewise care for its company.
III. Evaluation and reflection
1. Reflection on value of project management process
On a project prospective and individual prospective, knowing my strengths and shortcomings is the most
crucial thing for myself after completing a project. It took a long time for me to be able to use proficient
tools like WBS, Gantt chart, Google Forms, etc. Instead of texting to accumulate data or making chart
when I first started executing the project. When I utilize new tools, I have to research seriously so as to
be able to make good use of them. The most wonderful part about the job after using the aforesaid tools
is that it is completed better and saved time to accomplish than if it were done manually. When working
on a project, the risk is something no one likes to encounter, but the bad news is that it is inevitable. I
had to do this project when Covid 19 is breaking out. It means i was still in quarantine time and do it
online. As you know, doing online is convenient and quickly but it can’t get results as I expected at very
beginning. Maybe it’s just a blessing in disguise, doing survey online leads me save a mount of money
and doing it faster than expected. Another difficulty that I encountered in the process of doing this
project is that there are quite a lot of results and data after the survey, which leads to a lot of time to
analyze all the information that I accumulate. I need to read and study the data carefully, so a delay in
time is possible. However, after mastering the use of WBS, I knew I needed to do things in sequence, it
broke down the work so that it was easy for me to complete and not be discouraged. Thanks to the
Gantt chart, I discovered in time that too much time was wasted analyzing the results and I kept the
work on schedule. Since then, I have learned the importance of supporting software tools in a project.
Not only does it save time, but it also saves me project implementation costs. The most important thing I
gain from this project is the knowledge that I can investigate and evaluate data and information to
determine what the company's problem is and what solutions are available. Also as a result of this
project, I now understand the importance of having a contingency plan in place to deal with unexpected
