Business communication is the process that helps in employer to share information with
employees and other members of business(Bovee, 2020). Effective communication assist
employees of company towards the management of interest in company's goals and objectives.
This report is based on Business United College, located in London. Due to the impact of
COVID-19, there is huge change in current learning system of the college, virtual way of
learning affect the learning process of students because of various communication barriers. This
report include information about theories of organisational communication, also barriers of
communication in the business united college. In the last various strategies that company can use
to over come from those barriers.

Social theory learning:
This theory of communication was develop in 1970s by Albert Bandura, this theory
explains person's behaviour influence from the environment and culture. This framework helps
in the study of human behaviour and their communication within their family. Below are various
concepts of social theory of learning that helps in effective understanding of communication.

The human behaviour can affect from three variables, such as environment, the thoughts of
person, and feeling of person. The interaction behaviours of person can impact the
communication with other persons.

communication is to show agreement and affinity to another person. This makes other person
feel liked and and makes them like about the listener to. It can also come across being fake and
or too familiar, the person using convergence has more more power than the listener does. But
sometimes convergence is can be used by the people with less power to accommodate those with
more power.

Technical barriers: This barriers of communication can be describe as limited access of
internet, poor connection of Wi-Fi that affect the learning process. In the context of Business
United college, due to COVID-19 pandemic college is taking online classes that have an impact
on the learning process. Students are facing technical barriers while attending online classes such
poor connection of internet, and many teachers of college are using old laptops and computers
that make it difficult for them to communicate information to the students and teach them in the
