INTRODUCTION
Creative and business wealth means that for generating profit in the organisation there is
requirement of introducing something new in market area. For sustainability of the customer it is
necessary to bring something creative in market area which can satisfy buyers and consumers
both. This assignment is based on Dyson company which is of technology industry founded in
1991 on 8th July (de-Miguel-Molina, and et.al., 2012). Its founder is James Dyson as well
products serving by respective firm are Vacuum cleaners, hand and hair dryers, desk fans etc. at
worldwide level. Their are approximately 8,500 employees are working with Dyson. Below
mention assignment is explaining Situation/PESTEL analysis as well also highlight Dyson and
Jio innovation.

Situational Analysis –
It is an systematic process of evaluation and collection of past and present data related to
economical, technological, political and social. Main aim of situational analysis is to identify
internal and external factors which can effect performance of the enterprise. Along with this, it
asses current and future strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of the enterprise.
PESTEL analysis –
Dyson company is that which deal in household products such as Vacuum cleaner, hair
dryer, fans, air blades etc. approximately in 65 countries respective organisation is operating with
somewhere 8,500 employees. Through PESTEL analysis it has been analysed that how external
factors are giving their impact on operation of same company for any global market-area (Parker,
2012). Political – Political factor of UK and several other nation also can give their wide impact
on working of Dyson. When same organisation operating in United Kingdom its local
market laws are easy for the given firm as well they don't affect its business. But Dyson
is an British Home appliances manufacturers so for them it is not easy to rise fund in
United Kingdom because of higher interest rate (Landry,2012). Apart from this, in
current time government go through some unstable conditions which gives their direct
impact on sales, supply chain as well as on production cost of organisation. Whereas,
