Subject: Volleyball Team BBQ/Fundraiser
Dear All,
We are glad to inform you all that a fundraiser is going to be organised for the collection of
funds for our volleyball team. The team will be participating in the provincial league in the
Thunder Bay and the fundraiser is intended to cover up the travelling cost of the team. The
event will be organised in the main campus itself from September 27 to October 1 each. The
students can come and enjoy the games and treat themselves to some good food. However, it
is to be noted that the students can avail free entry and watch the games but for the food they
will have to pay a nominal amount of money as this is supposed to be a fundraiser and this
money will be used to cover up the travelling cost of the team. Therefore, we invite all the
students, faculty and the staff members to be present at the fundraiser for our volleyball team
and help them to participate in the provincial league at the Thunder Bay by being a part of the
fundraiser.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that last week I availed the services of your organization to get the
door of my garage installed and I remember specifically mentioning to you that I wanted the
best quality of work done on the garage as I was having problem with the door of the garage
for quite some time now. I am very sorry to tell you that the services provided by you are not
on par with what you promised me to deliver and I would like you people to do something
about the situation immediately as that door is causing me some serious problem. Therefore, I
am requesting you people either to fix the door on an urgent basis or refund me the money so
that I can take the help of the services provided by some other organization to get the door of
my garage fixed on an urgent basis. I am really upset with the quality of services which guys
have provided me this time, I am a regular customer of yours and have been availing you
services for a very long time and this is the only reason that I am giving you guys a second

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that there are many dead trees in the campus of the Seneca College
which are adversely affecting the ecosystem of the campus. Therefore, I would like to make a
proposal to you for the removal of these dead trees from the campus and replace them with
new healthy trees which would not only contribute to the aesthetic beauty of the campus but
would also contribute towards making the campus a healthy place for the students with
proper oxygen circulation in the campus. In addition to that, the removal of the dead trees and
the replacement of them with the living ones will also enhance the reputation of the college

and provide a positive brand image to the college as a college which takes into consideration
the environmental factors. Therefore, I would like to make a proposal to the you to replace
the dead trees with the living ones.

In the recent times writing blogs has become one of the most popular trends and is utilized by
many people as well as business organizations to give their opinions about the various
concepts which they think to be important. It is significant to note that there are several kinds
of blogs however the most popular ones among them are the formal and the informal blogs.
In the formal blogs the writer is required to follow a formal structure and structure his
arguments and opinions in a formal manner. However, in case of an informal blog the writer
has a much wider canvas and is not required to write in a formal style and can share his
personal opinions and experiences.
There are various ways to write a blog and also to make it more agreeable with the readers.
The primary thing which the writer needs to take into consideration is the fact of clear
presentation of ideas. This can be achieved by making a brief outline of the all points or ideas
which the writer wants to convey to the reader. Another thing which the writer should take
into consideration is the fact of proper structuring. It is significant to note that many writers

of your services. I would like to say here that my refrigerator have been giving me problem
for quiet sometime now and therefore I was very worried about the situation. However, a
friend of mine suggested me to take the help of the services provided by you people and now
when I look at my refrigerator I am glad that I took the help of your services. So, keep up the
