learning experience is also associated with good interactions which is necessary in performing

There has to be good learning experience which must be present in me so that there are
right approaches which can be used accordingly and that coaching can get its best outcome. In
learning experience there has to be good interactions which takes place and in those aspects there
is going to be a good functioning and performance which is going to be present. Interactions
according to me is going to help in making sure that knowledge and information is being passed
on in the right form and the doubts are being cleared as well which is going to make the
standards of the coach be higher (Cai, Hwang and Robison, 2019).

is 70:20:10 learning model. This learning framework will constitute your definite set of

very flexible when it comes to changes and they take time when they have to be implemented.
My doubts are very confusing for other mentors as well therefore i do not have the right idea and
could pass on wrong information to the learners as well which is why i take a lot of time clearing
my doubts.
As a coach there are a lot of limitations which are present for me which is lack of trust in
the learners which is why I repeat myself all the time which makes the time consuming for the
topic be higher. lack of experience is also present which is not a good factor for a long run
(Prasad and et.al., 2020). Beliefs and leaders have to make sure that they are being able to
achieve their goals but my goals is around the students and i evaluate myself on this factor which
is a very important factor. Resources for examples are limited and explaining with examples is
very essential for me as a coach since i feel that the learners learn faster from this process.

There has to be good reading and asking questions on the topics which are important so that
there is going to be higher outcomes and improvement which can take place. emotions have to be
well controlled as well so that there is going to be lesser negativity which is going to be faced
