Critical assessment is an effective procedure used to distinguish the qualities and
weaknesses of a scout article. In the given article, the author tries to study the
ease and legitimacy of discoveries.
The most important segments of a critical assessment are an assessment of the
appropriateness of the assessment structure. For a careful exploration and
evaluation of the most striking features of that plan. Different realities that also
have to take into count the reasonableness of the actual techniques used and
their understanding, the possible incompatible situations and the relevance of the

Writing an attractive environment is the goal of every expert author.
Encouraging users to accept their writings can help them become getting
customers. While this can prove that it is sometimes difficult, it can be learned
and realized by some basic methods (Meyer and Xin, 2017). Those methods are
discussed here-
i) Getting the highest audience:
The author tries to launch an extensive network to reach almost everyone.
However, if he focuses on the people who can get the most out of the material
and write for them, he will get better results.

Users are besieged daily with messages. If the author needs audience attention,
he needs to justify his work with valid and direct justification and with
something that benefits him.
iii) Reflection of the reader
Try to have a user-like perspective and give them, the idea that if he was a user,
what could attract readers' attention? As he writes, he must become the user to
understand what they are asking for.
iv) Prominent words
Use the powerful words 'activity' as a supernatural event, revelation, discount or
treatment to compile an influential substance. Use lifting words such as
imperative, beauty, insight and certainty.

There are some limitations of the article which the author didn’t mention in the
writings. There are given below:
 When writing for publications, it is important to include some subtleties
that represent the work as a reasonable and appropriate representation.
 Obstacles arise from time to time, which is an important part of the
research. It is essential to provide an accurate configuration because it

encourages users to have enough data to assess the meaning of the
results and their effects (Meyer and Xin, 2017).

be any tendency that guests stay and investigate. It is usually characterized by

web-based business organization, the USP includes location, goods exchange,
shipping strategy, and warranties. Its remarkable sales recommendation cannot
be extraordinary, it just has to be passed on (Field and Chan, 2018).
ii) Stories
An incredible arrangement was visible in the stories. That's right because they
prove to be successful. Stories value the attention of people in their work. They
are solid to the point, allowing even the busiest people to focus on what you
have to say or sell.
(iii) First writing
When users have completed their role, the next step they will experience is their
opening section. As a result, they know whether they should continue to review
their duplicate or go somewhere else.

Before the author begins his analysis, he must take into account some

growing economy but this shortage of management has been a barrier. The

investments. The author states that China will soon face a shortage of 75,000
talented managers.
Talent management if western companies in China have been bought up to
question (Hartmann, Feisel and Schober, 2010).

The author is persuasive. He has put references over every fact that has
been stated. The author seems very well researched on the scenario in

i) Repetition
The author has repetitively stated the issue, the main issue of talent
management by Western MNC’s in China, and has not distracted
from it even once. There have been facts given and forecasts if the
required actions are not taken.
ii) Reasons
The author has given a proper reason for why this is happening. I.e.
the foreign direct investment policy of China which welcomed 46.1
billion USD in FDI. Thus open door policy has not been great in
terms of talent forecasts (Hartmann, Feisel and Schober, 2010).
iii) Social proof
Another way to indulge, readers is to give your audience social
proves. Allowing them to see real examples through your words,
makes them more eager, curious and attracted to your work. The
author has done exactly by providing all the data in terms of
investments received, expected shortages and action that can be
taken.

managers is not taken into account. The new students who can take over the
companies, also, the talent from across the seas that can come into China is not
taken into account. And only the shortages have been given (Hartmann, Feisel
and Schober, 2010).

success. These themes emerged inductively because they either represent areas
with consistent results, a large proliferation of studies, or a grouping of studies

Following the review section, we turn our attention toward 10 opportunities for
future research:
Study setting, generational impacts, methodological considerations, new and
emerging technologies, member mobility, subgroups, team adaptation, transition
processes and planning, creativity, and team member well-being

opportunities. He has explored finely each and every option and has given the
opportunities with fine expertise.
Although, the opportunities look similar to each other and look dragged to reach
the number 10.
The author convinces the reader by providing avid detail and facts. Also, with
proper forecasting options support his argument (Gilson et al., 2014).

Once you know, what are the limitations of your study and where you want
them to include in your manuscript, all you are left with, is just a matter of
framing them in the positive light. The easiest way to approach this is by briefly
stating the limitation. In such an extensively researched and long paper which
has every possible theme and outcome pointed out, there are no limitations
(Gilson et al., 2014).
