Introduction
The term communication means the exchange of information among the employees of the
company so that they are able to achieve the objective of effective communication within the
organisation. Through the process of communication the manager of the company is able to
provide the employee of the company the relevant information so that the operations of the
organisation continue (Abdulai, Ibrahim, & Mohammed. 2017). BRIS beauty Pro (BBP) is
facing a problem within the organisation which is related to the effective communication within
the organisation (Hassell & Cotton, 2017). The problem identified here is that Email is not being
completely communicated between the staff of the company. Hence the solution is discussed in
this report for a current issue that has arisen.

Discussion on the issue
Communication in the organisation is considered as the constant transmission of the message
within the internal and the external environment of the company so that the objective of the
organisation can be sufficiently understood. This is seen that the organisations want to enact a
good communication within the internal environment of the company so that they are able to
achieve the objective of maximising the goals of the company (Abdulai, Ibrahim & Mohammed,
2017). Hence Email being one of the means of communication is considered to be important for
the organisation. The reason for this is that staff are not reluctant towards the Email so they
ignore this easily and the hierarchy of the flow of Email is losing the status (Greiner, Caravella,
& Roth, 2014). Due to which the information that is being shared does not go to the desired staff.
So for solving the problem it would be made compulsory for each staff of the company to check
the email regularly (Daly, 2017). Also it would be made compulsory for the upper management
to send the information to the subordinate so that effective communication of Email can be done.

Conclusion
This is seen that it is important for the organisation to communicate effectively. Hence Email is
one of the option to transfer the information relevantly and effectively. The management of the
company should solve the issue by making it compulsory for each staff to access the email and
make it flow to the lower level of hierarchy easily.
