What did we do?
In the present project, a new business plan will be launched in which vegetarian food to the
major areas of London city will be supplied. This in turn assist to meet the demand of the
customers and as a result, it will gain attention of many customers as well. Further, it will
help me to learn different skills so that I will apply the same in near future in order to attain
the goal.

What did I learn?
Through the project, I am able to gain a deep understanding pertaining to project
management s that the project will be completed accordingly. This in turn helps to meet the
goal by applying project management phases and this causes effective outcome towards a
business. Moreover, I also learn that working in a team will be more beneficial for the
project because they all share their work and experience in order to meet the defined aim.
Therefore, the current project assists me to improve the skills and create a better outcome
in a future as well.
How can I apply this to my project?
The learning of working together assist me to implement Meals on Wheels effectively
because when I face any issue then they all work together to meet the defined aim and the
chances of issue will be decreases. Moreover, ICT skills also assist me to present project
management in Microsoft project so that project manager can track the performance
effectively. This in turn causes positive impact over the project and the aim can be met
accordingly.

What do I want to do for my project?
For implementing business plan in effective manner, I should improve my learning with
regard to project management and build a team that helps to improve the business plan.
This in turn assist to improve the results and meet the goal of a project.

For the project, project manager need to go London because the entire project is based
upon that area only.
What type of project is it going to be?
It will be one of the innovative project that assist to meet the demand of the project because
the product will be offered in a movable format so that the customers can attracted towards
it.

This is assist to generate a better outcome because the entire phase is related to learning
where I can meet the defined aim. Further, at each stage, I am able to learn new things and

What did I learn?
I learn to formulate SMART goal because for a project, it is necessary to determine goal
and this in turn help to meet the defined aim of the project. Also, I learn how smart goal
actually assist to prevent a project from failure and that is why, it provides a sense of
direction for a project as well.
How can I apply this to my project?
In order to apply the learning in the project, I set the smart goals that helps me to set
defined aim and this in turn assist to generate a better outcome. That is why I can set the
project proposal for the project and this in turn assist to create a better outcome.
