Solutions to the issue
Corporate culture is the shared values, beliefs, principles, traditions and methods of performing
the tasks which create an impact on the behavior of the organizational members. It also has an
impact on the planning and organizing of operations by the top management. Thus, the company
should build strong organizational culture to achieve its goals.
The corporate culture inculcates creativity and positive attitude which motivates the employees
for more innovations and makes them loyal. The corporate culture of Boost Juice can provide a
good foundation upon which the company can build its success but in order to execute that the
upper management shall have good management and leadership skills so that the company can
move forward in the right direction (Larentis, Antonello and Slongo, 2017).
As per Cancialosi (2015) the company should incorporate actionable manifestos which capture
the essence of the organization .So in order to assimilate the organizational culture in the
franchise relations of the company, it is crucial to choose the right partners for the franchisees. It
is essential for the partners to believe in the concept so that they can inculcate that attitude in
themselves and the franchisees as well. They should be provided proper training regarding the
expected working styles and communication techniques to be used in future while dealing with
the clients and organization.
So the vision and culture of the organization should be properly conveyed to owners of the
franchises .One of the challenging responsibilities of the company is to evaluate and implement
efficient operational support programs. So, the most effective franchisee support programs are
created and executed which are based on two important factors viz. the corporate culture of the
company and the structure of support programs.
The franchisee operational support programs are initiated with a sense of ownership by the senior
management. Thus the corporate culture should inculcate a sense of accountability in the
execution of the support programs. The company should provide the appropriate resources and
training to the owners of the franchisees. In this regard, an open dialogue with the franchisee
community is essential. It should be on the issues such as surveying about the preferences of the

consumers regarding the products, marketing and delivery systems etc. The franchisees are both
consumers and partners in the transport of the brand.
So, a successful program shall create worth for the franchisees through their success and
commitment to the system along with safeguarding and enhancing the brand (Nazarian, Atkinson
and Foroudi, 2017).
