streaming of videos. But availability of new a single platform where all of these services will be
provided in a single platform are quite less. So, this business will be focusing upon development
of an online platform were reading news, watching news, movies, and live streaming of other
videos will be possible. This business will be selling service and will help in solving problem of
logging in to different platform for watching reading news, watching and streaking movies. And
with the help of technology, a platform can be created where all of the above-mentioned services
can be provided without needing to login in or opening another platform. This digital disruption
will further help in resolving problem of people of logging in or installing different applications
for different purposes.

This business il be using knowledge management information system for storing and
retrieving knowledge to improving, collaborating and compiling information. This system is
used for management of knowledge base, users and customers. It is one of the most important
and capable system that can directly help in developing knowledge base for users as well as their
customers. This information system can directly help in analyzing customers feedbacks for
understanding whether company’s revenue is increasing or decreasing. This can be done by
analyzing customers trends, ways of interacting with website and ways in which affect
functionality of business.
In order to understand strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats related to business
SWOT analysis would be done.
Strengths: Strong product/ service portfolio where choice of selection of online service provision

working, gossip about other employees or staff members etc. are being done. It has further been
rumoured that some of the employees or staff members use official email id for gossips. No
evidence of occurrence of these activities has occurred. Due to this, it has become extremely
important to resourcing these issues because not doing so can result in degrading of work and
can many times affect service quality provided to customers. Due to this gossip for resolving this
issue and reducing its negative impact upon provision of service to customers is not affected. For

this monitoring of official and work emails will be done so that any such kind of inappropriate
gossips can be identified and struct actions can be don accordingly. Any employees found doing
these things would have to face strict actions for their actions.
