This essay presents a self-reflection analysis of the author's communication style, utilizing five diagnostic tools to assess areas such as active listening, non-verbal and verbal communication, and assertiveness. The diagnostic results highlighted two key areas for improvement: public speaking anxiety and low tolerance for disagreement. The essay reflects on past professional interactions to analyze these issues, incorporating literature review focusing on relevant communication theories. An action plan is proposed to address these communication challenges, aiming to enhance skills and improve future interactions. The analysis includes scores from the Self-Perceived Communication Competence Scale, Nonverbal Immediacy Scale, Personal Report of Intercultural Communication Apprehension, Talkaholic Scale, and Tolerance for Disagreement scale, providing a comprehensive evaluation of the author's communication strengths and weaknesses.
