Australia has been marked as one of the most prolific countries for starting up
enterprises and businesses. However, the research question lies in the credibility of start-ups
in Australia. The paper is initiated to find out the credibility of health management start-ups
in Australia in the contemporary times of neo- liberalization giving deep insights at the
attitude of such enterprises towards the indigenous Australians (Haines, 2016).
Australia has been considered as the ninth most productive country by GDP per hour worked
(55.87 USD) (Abs.gov.au., 2019). The secondary source that is to be utilized to carry out the
research is Australian Bureau of Statistics which would help to provide the necessary
statistical information of business issues in Australia.
Australian health management start- ups have been emerging with flying colors because of
the immensely prolific and liberal scientific temperament of the country. The technology
transfer in Australia has created a scientific boom which had made the output of such health
businesses quite commendable (Herrmann et al., 2018).
Research Questions (RQ)
What is the relationship between different business activity and with their level of innovation?
How employment size affect the innovation activities of Australian business.
However, the intriguing aspect which is needed to be known for the respective research is
that how does the mainstream Australian health management companies treat the
marginalized group of people of Australia (the working class and the indigenous Torress
strait islanders) in case of treatment (Aleisa et al., 2018). The research topic is commendable

because it brings out the social and political dynamics of Australia when it comes about the
minorities and the politics of identity of the marginalized sections of the Australian society
(Businessinsider.com.au.,2018). As it is universally known that medical aid is a human right,
therefore, the respective research topic is commendable enough as it encompasses the
positive as well as negative aspects of the attitude of Australian corporate and businesses
(especially the newly formed contemporary start- ups) towards the indigenous and the
ethnically diversified population of the country (Bliemel et al., 2016).
