Field of research
Staff development and training is an important topic for the development in the employees
working in an organization. Various opportunities have been provided to the employees for their
development on their skills and knowledge (Smith & Wong 2016). This development process help in
increasing their confidence and quality of work provided by employees of the company. Managers
and top level administrators are responsible for arranging training sessions for employees in an
organization. This paper will focus in changes faced in arranging training sessions for employees of
an organization and impact of the training session in the productivity of employees. Training helps in
providing a clear approach to the development of the company. The use of training and development
sessions for the employees provides motivation to employees for developing their work (Raymond,
Bawa & Dabari 2016). New entrants recruited in any organization require training sessions for
enhancing their skills and motivating then to work with other employees in a team. Human resources
have been most important assets of an organizations. Therefore, providing training and development
sessions to them helps in the growth of the company.
Secondary Research
A qualitative study has been done using online journals, articles and books. Therefore, recent
