social factors. The role of customers is increasing in determining the success of the organization.
This is due to the reason that, by making sales of the product as per customers need the firm can
creates its effective image in the market. Thus, it becomes essential for the organization to
develop product in accordance with the needs of target audience (Solomon, Russell-Bennett and
Previte, 2012). The culture, sub culture, social class, roles and status have huge impact on the
