Eagles, 2019). The business have the impact of the buying behaviour of the customers and
they will help Claridge in making the strategies. The hospitality industry is affected by the
decisions of the customers and they will help them in increasing the performance.

behaviour towards Eco lodges in hospitality industry. The organisations are having the
