Introduction
The assignment has shed light on the emergence of managing a successful project management
plan that rudimentarily aims to obtain the impact of economic and cultural factors upon the
business operations based on Byd Auto Co (Byd.com, 2019). The assignment will reflect the
scenario that deals with the norm s to enter in the UK market aligned with Bridgestone. It is a
framework that will present the relevant factors that will be needed to present the business ethics,
which will help Byd Auto Co. in the UK market and inverse gain beneficial results. The
assignment will put emphasis on the formation of the estimated time and expenditure that will
help the organization to step in UK market. The parts of the assignment will help to assign
authenticity through the means of work breakdown structure. The other parts will portray about
the specification of data collection and accordingly evaluate the recommendation part, which
will help the organization to have positivity in decision making procedure.

Definition of project
The project refers to the projection of relevant data interpretation that will be satisfied on the
presented part (Samset and Volden, 2016).
Project aim
The aim of the project is to identify the Impact of economic and cultural factors upon the
business operations of Byd Auto Co. Ltd entering the UK market though joint venture with
Bridgestone (Marcelino et al., 2015).
Company background
Byd Auto Co has established its headquarter in China that have the revenue based on RMB
102.65 Billion and produces the products that are associated with automobiles, buses, electric
bicycle, truck etc (Byd.com, 2019).

 To boost the rate of trade across different regions so that the organization

Problem statement
Economic impact: This deals with the collaboration based on financial aspect that helps to
obtain the level of sustainability in the organization. The economic impact can be comprehended
with the help of Bridgestone’s financial condition (Todorović et al., 2015).
Cultural impact: The presence of cultural impact helps the organization to gain cultural diversity
based on the variations of employees present in the organization (Fleming and Koppelman,
2016).
Ethical impact: The role of ethics plays importantly towards the collaboration of the
organization. This can be illustrated with the help of specification of organization’s business
ethics (Gemünden, 2015).
Data collection methods
The project adopts the technique of primary source for gathering data that will help to provide
relevant data based on Byd Auto Co. organization (Stark, 2015).
Sampling size and technique
The survey session comes up with an intention that focuses on the number of 180 numbers of
partisans and for interview session, there are 2 managers who will be helping to obtain with
reliable outcomes.
