INTRODUCTION
Agenda means the idea which is required to be presented in order to conduct meeting
within an organization. The perspective has been helping in developing organizations approach
toward goals and objectives decided by an organization. These are important part for discussing
about problems and issues existing within an organization. Also it makes plan, objective,
program, planned, list, consensus, docket, schedule, slate, strategy and proposal presented by an
organization in terms of organization's future growth. Agenda means those important parts
discussing about organizations current programs. Agenda makes problem and issues related to
organizational structure solved more effectively. In this file organization that has been taken is
Bytes Computer which is an information technology supply organization and has retail outlet
across Australia. In this file two task are there first parts is based over general discussion about
agenda and second task agenda is required to be developed.

Develop an agenda for meeting
The agenda which is required to be made is based over “improving working and
introduction of digital technology within operations department of Bytes Computer. This agenda
is important as it helps upon making organization learn better ways to perform financial
operations and other operations more effectively. So, the selected topic for the meeting is “ To
enhance business operations through using digital technology”. The topic has wider
perspectives in terms of using digital technology within the organization(Mayer, 2019). It leads
upon promoting more and more effectiveness which makes organizations like Bytes Computer
form effective structure making organization understand about importance of digital technology
in organizational operations. In order to makes sure that appropriate discussion is taken place
meeting is required to be conducted by operations manager of Bytes Computer and in order to do
so certain steps is required to be followed which has been discussed as follows:
Seek input from team members
If meeting is required to be engaged then agenda should be able to make needs reflected
of an organization.

Team meetings is difficult to be schedule and is used for having discussion taken upon
issues affecting team and solve problems more effectively.

based over various perspectives like confidentiality and privacy(Sabri, PASHAZADE, Gharibeh
and VAKILZADEH, 2020). Also the order is discussed upon ethical code of conduct required to
be followed during the meeting. Under confidentiality and privacy policies an operations
manager should make sure that not information is provided to any other organization which is
achieved by making sure that documents regarding discussion of meeting should be kept with

software, websites, and apps for conducting operations more effectively.
 Importance of agenda is discussed: The agenda is focused over increasing productivity
within Bytes Computer. This is helpful over delivering gains and productivity which
makes project to be speed and conducting streamline operations such operations are

conducted with the help of robots increasing manufacturing and production capacity by
increasing accuracy within production units. This makes product produced by Bytes
Computer increase its capacity making technological advancement done within it. In the
meeting robotics is discussed making organizational achievement accomplish goals and
objectives with more effectiveness.
