In every project, there is proper planning done which will help the project manager to see the
project. In this, the project was to fix the old cabin and the before the project there were many

1. Initiation of the project: The project was initiated this means the project will be initiated
that there was discussion done by the investor and the here the stakeholders are the investor.
2. Planning of project: The project was planned by the project manager here all the resources
were allocated and the project gives the entire estimated price here.
3. Arranging the assignment: The assignment is arranged with the help of project manager
and then distributed among the respective teams.
4. Execution of the project: The project is executed by the help of the developer or the one
who is the executor. This helps the person to execute the project which is planned.
5. Observing: The project is in the observation of the project manager or the project is
undertaking with the project manager and then the project is launched in the market.
I have learned from the project management system that there should be proper planning
done before had and the project will be good when the project goes with the plans. The
project has developed the skills as the work should be done properly, there should be equal
communication between the team member and also the team manager. The project all helps
to develop the skill of teamwork that how the teamwork goes and how the people help each
other in order to get a successful project. The proper teamwork is required by the teams, there
should be the proper coordination of the work so that the person can help to get the proper
project. There should be proper communication with the stakeholders that the communication
plans and viable communication should successful. There is a need of the stakeholders who
are influenced by the project. There is a detailed discussion for wbs which is to deal with the

etc. this project also teaches the importance of Gnatt and WBS which was to know
previously, therefore, the project has developed the skills.
There were problems faced by the project:
1. The project was not completed on time because of miscommunication; therefore, the
communication should be strong so that the project does not get delayed.
