the services by CABWISE because:
I. Women will get instance assistance:
Women who are facing any kind of harassment
can ask assistance via instant text messages or
online chats. In such cases the cab number and
licenses of the respective cab driver will be
traced and ceased instantly and cops nearby
will be informed about the incident and
location. If the personal contacts of the female
passenger are attached with the respective
CABWISE account of the passenger, then the
family member of the female passenger will
also be informed of the trouble she is facing .

Positive and negative feedback provided
through Instant messages or online chats
can assist the process of evaluation:
• Both the Women who travelled without
encountering any issues along with them
who faced issues but rescued by CABWISE
team and Cops can share their feedbacks
through free instant text messages and
online chats. In this way, it will be easier
for CABWISE to determine the ratio of
positive and negative experiences and
conduct proper evaluation of the safe
services offered by CABWISE (Lim and
Fanghanel 2016).

customer experience. They also
keep a track of the positive as well
as negative experiences of the
customers, which can be used as
evaluation process further.

addresses and contacts of his or her family and
office in this application. All passengers,
especially female passengers will be advised to
open the app while travelling and press alarm
button present in the application webpage.
