Introduction
In this recent time period, employment relationship plays
important role in every organisation because as per the
working environment and employee relationship they will
perform their decided task. Due to, communication is an
effective process which assist make unity among all over
workers as well as better understanding.

Annual Performance Report
We have audited the accompanying consolidated balance
sheets of Cadbury plc and subsidiaries (the “Company”)
as of 31 December 2008, 2007 and 2006, and the related
consolidated income statements, consolidated statements
of recognised income and expense, consolidated
statements of changes in equity and consolidated cash
flow statements for each of the years then ended.

We conducted our audits in accordance with standards of the
Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (United
States). Those standards require that we plan and perform the
audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the
financial statements are free of material misstatement. An
audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting
the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements.

fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of
Cadbury plc and subsidiaries as of 31 December 2008,
2007 and 2006, and the results of their operations and their
