2016). Information which is available in this system is in detailed manner so that each decision
can be taken considering each detail when termed relevant. Some examples how this system is

also increasing cost of production of the organisation. Other issue identified through this system
is that time taken in the completion of number of activities was much higher then set standard
time durations. This was causing a issue of delay in the completion of various activities which

each department is clear and decision making is taken on information which is real and clearly
visible. ERP system improves reporting and planning system of the Cadbury organisation as all
the plans are based on the information which is collected from this system. Level of efficiency of
each business segment is initiated to be improved on the basis of standards that are established to
be achieved. As all the loop holes and inefficiencies in the business departments are identified
through ERP system. This helps in formation plans that are made to improve good amount of
efficiency to the performance of business activities at different organisational level. Overall cost
incurred by the business in order to acquire and manage information is reduced to a considerable
amount because of implementation of the ERP system. Level of quality of services that are

completing is made in time. Quality of service is also improving on the basis of information for
taste and preference of target consumers (van der Pas and Walczuch, 2018). ERP system ensure
