INTRODUCTION
Organisational design is a process through which aims
and objectives of business organisation is achieved in
well defined manner. A effective organisational design
helps in adopting changes that takes place in business
organisation. In this project report Cadbury
organisation is considered so that relationship between
organisational design and change management is
evaluated.
ADOPT CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Each business organisation works on the basis of stated
mission. When a transformation takes place in business
such as redesigning process around demand and supply,
distribution and technological changes then it affects
how and individual perceived their assigned mission.
Change in business organisation affects employees in
number of ways and results in drop in level of
productivity. Cadbury organisation design its efforts so
assessing and reshaping an organisational structure
including processes, methods and skills to facilitate
workflow is done in such manner so that goals and
objectives are accomplished.

introducing changes in the business environment there
are two types of approaches.
APPROACHES
In the present time Cadbury organisation is initiating
with incremental innovation approach. For example- It
is seen that in the recent years Cadbury has introduced
with new and innovative idea of introducing
Chocolates that are specifically related to some festival
and some relationship. This is one of the most
innovative idea that leads to attract more and more
amount of targeted consumers. This innovation is made
as per the effective analysis of the target market. The
organisational structure of Cadbury was designed
effectively so that such changes are introduced in most
efficient manner. As production team, finance team,
marketing team and sales team all made an effort to get
attracted with the introduced changes. These changes
are implemented in organisational structure so that
goals and objective is achieved as per set targets.
Human resource management plays vital role in
adaptation of changes as motivated, maintained and
development of employees made workforce efficient to
become adoptive to changes and take these changes as
an opportunity to grow and develop as a whole.
Change in business organisation are of
different types and understanding these changes is
equally important so that implementation can be made
to generate productive results. Transformational
change is a process which is designed to create
important changes in the culture and work processes of
an organisation and produce significant improvement
in performance. Through introduction of these changes
in an organisation a system is designed in such manner
so that all the activities can be accomplished in most
efficient manner. Psychological changes leads to
transform the attitude and behaviour of employees by
applying psychological breakthrough that explains how
people think and act as they do. These form of changes
do not involve any visible change but psychology of
employees working in business is changed.
Introduction of these form of changes are made when
high amount of motivation and enthusiasm is required
to achieve targeted objectives.
