The research topic for this report is Human Resources. Human Resources are essential for
the success of any organization in the future and therefore it is quite essential that they are used
in the right manner within the organizations effectively and efficiently which will help in
maximizing the overall productivity of the organizations (Alfes, Antunes and Shantz, 2017).
Thus this research will be conducted on Cadbury to make sure that the company is able to attain
its HR goals and objectives in a proper manner. This will be quite helpful for it in ensuring that it
is able to develop the right strategies and methods for the management of its Human Resources.
Background to Cadbury
Cadbury is a British multinational company which deals in providing of different types of
confectionery products to the wide variety of customers in the market. It has a good reputation
among the customers in the market which it has made through providing quality products and
services to them.

The research rationale for this project is that it will seek to evaluate the wide variety of
