Title: To improve the recruitment, selection and training of employee to meet requirement of
multinational companies.
INTRODUCTION
Globalization is based on integration of country economies through capital flow, investment,
technology and labor migration. It is the most frequently used in the multinational companies for
creating the global economy and also applying the movement of people, technology and
knowledge across the internal borders (Pieterse, 2019). Globalization has contributed in the labor
markets for closing the gap between employees and developing the economics, especially
through advance technology. In this way, it also plays important role in the business operations
of training, selection and recruitment which improve the performance of employee because it can
identify the efficient candidate those who easily hold the entire recruitment process effectively
and efficiently.
Cadbury have brought the procedures and policies of Human resources that can use the
new method of selection and recruitment, which acquire the strategic planning for managing and
controlling the process of training in the Cadbury.
Aim: To assess the ways of improving recruitment, selection and training of their employee to
meet requirement of multinational companies. A Case study on Cadbury. The project is focused
on the HRM practices that can improve all type operations and functions in order to maintain
standards of HRM. Moreover, globalization will improve the HRM standards that include a
specific technique or method in order to increase the performance of HRM.
Objectives:
 To identify the significance of globalization in terms of recruitment, selection and
training to improve the HRM functions in order to achieve the specific objectives of
Cadbury.
 To implement the No-discrimination policy within employee training program to enhance
the performance of HRM in order to meet the international standards of Human resources
management.
 To analyze the overall impact of globalization on different HRM functions of Cadbury
such as recruitment and selection, employee satisfaction etc.

Significance
The Researcher will determine the advantage or benefits of various sectors such as
manufacture etc. The significance of research will understand the depth knowledge about the
topic where how globalization can improve the business operations such as training, selection
and recruitment (Papastergiadis, 2018). It helps the investigator to recognise the concept of
recruitment and selection process in the Multinational companies that will find the skilled people
who will easily handle the overall process in proper manner. Researcher will interact with other
people to understand the advantage of training which improve capabilities and abilities.
Rationale
The rationale of research must include the reason behind for conducting of research on
particular topic such as globalization that help for improving the business operations and
functions of HRM. The researcher will do the study about the topic for acquiring all relevant data
for further enhancement. It helps for researcher to achieve the goals and objectives through
research case study. For previous study, researcher will determine the finding of case study and
analyzing that what are needed element require for future enhancement or expansion. Researcher
will try to put efforts to gain more information so that they can use in research project.

Project management plan is based on the documentation that can use to manage the
process of execution, which must receive the approval (Gay and Brown, 2019). Researcher will
use the project management plan to progressive elaborated to update, refine, develop the data
that can applicable in the research project.

It is an essential part of research development to identify the overall cost require for
expenditure of project (Kaplan, Hallam and Bennett, 2018). Researcher will determine that how
much cost will undertake to fulfill all needs of research study. By calculating the estimation, it

Time scheduling is important part of research project to complete the task in step by step.
Researcher will use the specific time frame to perform different operations in proper manner. As
per analysis, researcher will take 2 Month for completing the research project.

It is the most common element in the research project that requires for maintaining and
controlling the quality of research (Daniel and Daniel, 2018). Researcher will maintain the
quality of research for applying the effective methods for gathering suitable data and also finding

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
A procedure assisting in process related to identification, selection, analysing of crucial
information about the subject matter of research topic.
Research Type
Is conducted for enhancing knowledge base in context of subject matter so as to solve
issues being faced by researcher in completing such study. Qualitative research is based on ideas,
concepts, hypothesis as framed from data collected via open ended communication means
(Bresler and Stake, 2017). Quantitative one deals with statistical figures, data, its analysis for end
users. Qualitative type has been used by researcher as it is best for subject matter in terms of
ideas, hypothesis generation.
Research philosophy
It is belief in context of ways as per which data can be collected or gathered, analysed for
making its further use. It deals with Positivism and Interpretivism types. Positivism deals with
factual knowledge as gained from observation, measurement etc. On the other hand,
Interpretivism type is related with human interest in the study matter (Flick, 2015). Researcher
has used Interpretivism philosophy as it provides with better understanding about subject matter
with the help of sample, investigation etc.
Research approach
A plan which consists of several steps depicting about assumptions to be made in respect
of method for collecting, analysing and interpreting data. Are of 2 types named as Deductive
approach which aims at formulation of different hypothesis as per subject matter. Inductive
approach is related with designing of research aims, objectives and questions. Researcher has
used Inductive approach as it helps in formation of new and better theoretical concepts.
Data collection
A process of gathering crucial and relevant information for research problem by making
use of both primary and secondary sources of data. Primary is related with data collection
method for first time including survey, interview etc. Secondary one is related with data
collection from published sources such as books, annual reports. Both sources are used for
preparing questionnaire and collection of data from 30 employees of Cadbury.

Sampling
A process of collecting data from a particular sample selected out of large population as it
is impossible for researcher to gather data from every one. Researcher for this report has been
using Purposive sampling technique for collecting information from selecting 30 employees
from Cadbury.
Data analysis
Correct analysis is required to be done of information collected so that it can be used in
completing research study. Thematic analysis technique has been used by researcher thereby
emphasizing on formulation of different themes related to subject matter of research topic.
Ethical consideration
Compliance has been made by researcher while conducting of research study i.e. all data
has been collected from different sources, websites. No data has been copied as it is and is totally
rephrased before using it. Also, consent form has been filled in by respondents willingly for
taking participation.
Accessibility issues
Different issues have been faced by researcher for completing research project
successfully. Due to privacy issue, password protected data are not available for researcher
(Fletcher, 2017). Also, different websites deny permission for accessing data from it. As a result,
key words such as recruitment, selection, training, globalisation has been used for completing it.
