INTRODUCTION
Business management is the act of managing people to acquire the desired goals and
objectives of a business. It requires the utilization of the entity's resources is the most efficient
manner possible (Business Management. 2017). Business management comprises organizing,
planning, leading, staffing or controlling and directing a business model a business effort for the
purpose of acquiring the entity's listed goals. It is mainly focus on the satisfaction of a range of
stakeholders, employees and general public. For better understand of the report selected
organisation Cadbury, it is a British multinational confectionery company wholly owned by
Mondelez international since 2010. The company secure their position at second number in
confectionery brand in the world after Mars. It was established in Birmingham, England in 1824
by John Cadbury. In this presented report focus on human resource management and their role &
impacts regarding to selected organisation. Additionally, discuss about the role management to
encourage of employees as well as social responsibility and ethics within and outside of the
organisation.

employees, providing orientation and imparting training and development to measure the

company so that it can comply with the laws. The team ensures that health and safety
procedures have been followed strictly.
