Cadbury is currently enlisting the candidates whose qualifications and skills meet their
vacant job position. After enlisting, certain procedures are followed such as interview, group
discussion etc. These ensures them to get a candidate who are capable to meet the expectations
of an organization. After recruiting and selecting, training programs is conducted to improve
their existing skills and capacity to work in more effective and efficient way.
Aim-
The aim of the present research project is to examine “how multinational companies
improves recruitment, selection and training programs to meet international requirements.” By
making improvements in recruitment process includes shortlisting only those candidates who are
having sufficient knowledge and qualification to be an employee in Cadbury. Selection of
candidates is done on the basis of performance given by a candidate during recruitment process.
Along with this, training programs provides an opportunity to employees to convert their
weaknesses into strengths by improving their potentiality. This all benefits the company to
perform well in both domestic and international market. This results in meeting global needs.
