Introduction
Talent management plays a very crucial role in any organisation, it means when the management
tries to maintain and retain the quality of its employees. Through this process an employ gets
motivated towards his/her work and helps an organisation attain its gaol. The way of achieving it
may differ from company to company. Talent management helps a company attain maximum
value of its most valuable asset that is its employees. Management conduct different tanning
programs in order to enhance the existing qualities of their employees (Annunzio-Green, 2018).
A productive workforce increases the performance of the company. New techniques and
innovation in technology can be adapted by the workforce easily and leads to a strong employer
branding. Talent management requires proper planning and the development involves having a
trust on each other to grow together as a team. Talent management equips with company's
critical task which require critical thinking and skills.

and founded by John Cdbury. This company offers variety of cocoa and drinking chocolates.
