For attaining positive and reliable outcomes, project manager includes various aspects to
completing whole project in successful manner. All these are as follows:
Cost: For completing project, cost is important element as it help in reducing the error
within the project. In this context, research is based on globalisation that require enough
fund to completing the aims of the project. Thus, it is crucial for project manager to
evaluate the actual cost in order to meet set aims. For this project, researcher require
around 250 pounds to improving training, selection and recruitment process within the
business to meet international requirements.

manner. As collection of data, researcher take more time because it is time consuming
activity. Thus, it is critical for project manager of Cadbury to efficaciously perform their

selecting is approx 10 week and on the other side for training they required at least 15
days.
Quality: Every project required accuracy and reliability that help in attaining project

manner that support in completing entire project activities in structured manner (Cloutier and et.
al., 2015). The major advantage of WBS is to divide complex work into manageable task
activities in which employees can execute their activities and attain favourable outcomes by
