1IMPLEMENTING THE FEEDBACK
The file “Reading and writing process” had some sentence structure issue and
grammatical mistakes. According to the instructor, the sentences need more clarity. The
instructor instructed to record my voice. Recording and hearing the clips will help me to rectify
the mistake in the sentence structure. Reading the sentence can also help to identify the mistakes
during the sentence construction.
I have re-read the sentences in order to understand the mistakes that I have made in the
sentence. In the third line of the passage I have written “can understand in order”, which I have
written wrong and instead of that the sentence would be “can be understood in order”. The
mistake in the sentence are very easy to recognize while reading the sentence loudly. I have
followed the instruction of the instructor and recorded my voice while reading. This has helped
to understand the grammatical mistake that I make in the sentences. Another issue that the
instructor has addressed that the sentences are very wordy. The sentences are too long and the
sentences can be divided into two parts. Hearing the recordings helped me to divide the lengthy
sentences into two. Dividing the sentences reduces the wordiness. It also made the sentence
clear and easy to understand. After making a sentence I have read the sentence clearly to
understand how well and shortly the sentence can be constructed. In the passage, I have also
made a mistake in the third sentence. The sentence is very wordy and it can be divided into two
parts that I realized by reading the sentences loudly. This technique helped me to identify my
mistake and helped me to construct the sentence correctly. I have also worked in bettering the
sentences by reading daily newspaper loudly. Reading the newspaper helped to reduce mistakes
and increased my knowledge. This has also helped me to frame the sentences without any
wordiness. Reading loudly makes me realize the mistakes immediately. The instructors
instruction has helped me a lot in understanding the faults and expand my knowledge.

2IMPLEMENTING THE FEEDBACK
I have identified the mistakes that I was committing by the instructor’s advice. The
instruction was to read or record my voice so that I can understand the mistake that I was making
during the sentence construction. The wordiness in the sentence has also minimized by this
technique.
In the following week, the main focus will be implementing the ideas of the instructor.

In this week, I will evaluate the mistakes by reading the sentences or by reading loudly.
This will reduce the number of mistakes I made in the essay. I will also record by voice after
writing so that the wordiness in the sentences can be identified and be divided into two
sentences.
