2011. Organisation is providing a comprehensive quality coffee for different coffee drinkers

creative passion and purchase within the boundaries limit of coffee. This organisation was
founded by peter granger and Brent Hadfield. In context of this organisation is providing
coffee which is related from the South America. The major innovation which is included by
the organisation is related to coffee beans which are deliver and intense and strong espresso
flavour (Paulsen and Toth, 2016). The major difference which created by the organisation is
that organisation use the product of lower altitude growing regions so that it can easily
improve its coffee by growing the robber beans which will help the darker and stronger
coffee.in context of the present report there is discussion about the swot analysis of
organisation. Along with this there is also a discussion about the corporate social
responsibility which is fulfilled by the business venture within the market and innovation and
creativity within the business to improve its functioning. In the end of this report there are
some recommendations to improve the functions and achieve the better results.

Low level of productivity is a major weakness of cafe pod. this is because café pod is

innovative product where it used to identify the separate beans for coffee which in

organisation. The major opportunity in front of organisation is to sell its products and
services at global level where it can type with different organisations and
supermarkets so that it can easily market its product within the market as well as get a
global platform to perform the function (Bullock and Hughes, 2016).
It is also analysed that it organisation also has an opportunity to tie up with the local
ventures so that it can manage its supply chain function and improve functioning
within the market in which it is trading with the products and services.
Threat
High level of competition act as a major threat to the organisation because it make it
